Anxiety suffer from Mexico

Hello, Im Christian from Mexico City, im suffer from GAD since 2 years ago, ironically im a GP doctor.
I consider myself in process of healing, taking medication, going to therapy and reading books of the subject.

Hi, it must be hard to be a doctor and have all that knowledge of things that can go wrong - and usually don't! I am glad you posted and that you are taking steps to work past this crippling way of thinking.

Thank you lady and its true, its unbelievable the great ingnorance of Anxiety existing in the medical staff. A lot of doctors things its fake and just to seek attention, other doctor thinks that only with medication its enough, regards.
