I have been doing relatively well but I had an experience yesterday that terrified me.
I was driving home from work when all of a sudden I got this intense sensation in head. I am not sure how to explain it, it wasn't painful or anything like that, I just felt like I couldn't see straight, I guess it was some sort of dizziness/unsteadiness.
Almost as if someone rang a giant bell inside of my head, minus the noise...lol like I said, hard to explain!
I said out loud "what is going on?" and was getting ready to pull over. However, it disappeared after like 5-10 seconds.
I've gotten this feeling off and on but not as intense as it was yesterday. Can anyone relate to this? Was this just some sort of dizziness? The only dizziness I have ever had is after spinning around and stopping or sometimes I feel like I am rocking back and forth when lying flat. So this was something different!
