How are you today, I'm a 20 year old from the UK who has been suffering on and off serverly for about 1 and a half years now. I've gone through many ha attacks and worries and have had almost every cancer in the book wiz through my mind.

I've been a veteran member on other anxiety websites but the communities on them have been kind of ruthless as of recent months. After lurking here for a while I get a vibe of a more understanding atmosphere I would like to both seek help and try and offer help on.
