heat lumps

This may sound crazy but does any one get heat lumps I have started toget them at first put itdown to the weather but get them when its not hot . I went on google and typed in heat lumps and it took me straight to no more panic I was surprised because its not something ive had before, any one else get them

I get them a lot and they are very uncomfortable, soothing cream can help and obviously not scratching. Prevention is the best route

Yeah, I've had them here & there since long before my anxiety. Usually they would appear on my shoulder blades. Weather was not always a factor for me either. They always went pretty quick even though I would scratch them, sometimes causing them to cake and turn to scabs.

Some soothing cream can help like E45 or aloe vera.

Yep, get them mostly on my feet.
