Numbness

I've been feeling all over body numbness for over two hours and it's freaking me out. I don't know what to do I don't know if it's just anxiety or something bad. I feel very freaked out.

If it's a tingly kind of numbness I get this all the time in various parts of the body and have been told it is anxiety.
