Health anxiety rearing its ugly head head again! I have a one year old who is forever falling on me, banging my head with her head or toys. Today l was leaning over the sofa and she fell on me head to head it really startled me and lm now in a panic attack. I have a headache anyway due to neck and shoulder probs. Any thoughts?
