Hi Pete

I am also going through a very bad patch, feeling down and quite worthless and hopeless at times got a GP appointment on Friday.

Hope things are okay for you.

You're not hopeless Petesy. I remember feeling very down and alone, my husband didn't understand and I hadn't told many other people so I really had no one to talk to. Are you currently taking anything or going to counseling? Maybe you need a med change or increase? Whatever it is, you'll get through it and be much stronger for it. We're here for you :hugs:

Hi everyone,

Sorry for not replying and i didn't mean for you too worry i should have wrote sooner but the ppl round me and myself knew I needed help so my GP seen me right away and has fast tracked an appointment with a psychologist and mental health team which is on Monday and has also prescribed me 14x 2mg diazepam, because of the state i was in :scared15:

I apologise to you all but I'm in a dark place atm and I've went and got help and your concern and support i can't thank you all enough here on NMP :bighug1: I truly appreciate all of your help, support, reassurance, i could go on and on but most of all you guys as human beings and the spirit to help others because whatever we've been through and what we go through like we're carrying the world on our shoulders but still put that hand out to help others that's a precious thing :winks:

You've got nothing to apologise for. You felt the need for urgent medical attention and sought it so you did the right thing.
