So another day of meetings which have haunted me all these years. Even contributed and felt good. It's clear that the cit has given me a different outlook and with the propanolol now and then I can work through it for now. Slightly concerned that occupational health has advised a phased return to work but no one has come to see me yet or even enquired. Students back in tomorrow. Feeling optimistic.
