Hi everyone haven't been on much for a few weeks now hope everyone is ok.
I've been doing really well the past few weeks and then a few days ago started to feel down again slight anxiety and intrusive thoughts are there not as strong as before if anyone nos my story they no how the thoughts got to me.
I think I may be having a blip I had an argument with my sister last week and thought I was dealing with it ok but obviously it's creeping up on me I really am trying to just get on with things and think of all the good weeks I've had.
Still only on 10mgs which has helped me loads recovery is so long and I am proud of how far I've come over the months just don't like these blips.
