let me bore you with how I feel,i will start with a little history.
Home life isnt great money worries, kids who only grunt at me and barely give me the time of day. Partner works all hours so we hardly see each other. I work with people who treat me with total distain but I need the job. I watched my mother die in the most hideous way last year, it wasn't unexpected but even so was a real leveller.
I am now constantly on edge, feel shaky and trembly all over some times get twitches spend most of my time worrying what if I'm ill. when I had 2 weeks holiday symptoms subsided to a degree. sound like Anxiety /stress to you?? Like most people on here we don't believe the obvious.
