is sharp chest pain more likely to be muscular issues ?
Yeah, muscle tension is a big thing with anxiety, depression etc. It is very common for sufferers to have sharp pains, especially in the chest. It can be scary though!
seem to be having more sharp pain in the right side of chest now instead of left today, is there any stretches or excercise i can do to relieve me of pain, i know deep down im fine but the pain in the chest makes me more anxious
Yes, I am trying to find them, but coming up blank. I got some breathing exercises and also muscle tensing exercises from the IAPT service. I can't find the download page though :shrug:
You need to relax your muscles. You can do that by relaxing your stomach and not holding it in. Just let your gut go and breathe slowing.
