Ache legs above knees

Need some adivce my anxiey has been really high for a few weeks a have been tensing up real bad the anxiey seems to be getting lower but now am left with achy pains in my legs above my knees wheh a walk they feel so heavy a have tried trying to relax tried having a bath but three still sore feels like a have ran a Hundrads marthoms or climbed a hundred stairs been like this a while it's staring to worry me any one any idea is it down to anxiety and the way a have been sitting like on my bum but legs up to my chest or sitting on my knees like a have been Aswell. There not swollen or red

I got like this year's ago I thought I was literally dying felt my whole body hurt I swore it couldn't be anxiety or depression my legs hurt my head my whole body finally after a yr of test coming back normal I decided to see a psychiatrist and got on meds within a few months I felt better it took a while to get out and about but I did. I'm sure you'll be fine

Thank u a do take meds they do help as my anxiey isn't as bad how long did ur sore legs last for ?
