coming and going

Don't really know what i'm asking here really, maybe for some clarification.

I seem to be getting better over all. I had a few good days where I felt almost normal but then yesterday and today I seem to have a load of stupid symptoms back. Nothing horrendous just annoying and "there".

slight shakey/tremor in the morning. heart going double speed now and again. pins and needles in the feet. random stomach stabby feelings.

Hopefully this is just a blip or something (or maybe I've been pushing my recovery too hard again).

I guess my question is, did anyone else who got better have a random days they felt a bit worse and the symptoms came back?

Totally normal Skymaid. Been there myself many times. Try and focus on the progress you've made and the fact you've had good days, stay positive you're recovering. Hard I know but it helps. Are you taking any meds? X

you're right if I look back a month ago I'm vastly improved. just having a gloomy day for some reason. I don't even feel THAT bad tbh.

(just the odd diazepam for the occasional big panic)
