Hi everyone, I'm 28 and living in Australia.
I was just recently hit with huge anxiety about a month ago and I'm trying to recover from it all. I've had anxiety/OCD/panic attacks since the age of 16 and my family or friends have never really understood it - I guess that adds to my isolation and loneliness.
