Hello everyone, I've been on this site for about 2 days and I'm really thankful for finding this place!

I've had OCD, anxiety, panic attacks since 16 (im 28 now) and I thought the worst of it was over until just recently. Hoping to digitally meet some people and make friends.

Hi :) I have OCD, anxiety and panic too and I've had it since I was 18 (I'm 27 now). Hope you're ok? You will find lots of support on here :hugs:
