Urgent Question, How long are blood test forms valid for?

I have found two blood test forms which I must have lost in my anxiety and stress periods, one is for 2015 and one is for this year... I assume the 2015 is way too late but would the one for this year still be valid?

I have heard conflicting stories about how they are valid for only up to 2 weeks but others tell me it is 6 months to a year!!! Any ideas anyone please?

Lots can happen to change blood levels quite quickly, so strictly speaking a blood test is only valid for the day it is taken.

Apart from that, it is up to any organization to decide what is a "valid" limit. For example, I recently had surgery, and the hospital required a blood test and x-ray within one month prior to the surgery. But after the surgery, I had blood tests every few days to monitor the possibility of post-operative infection and DVT.
