I have been experiencing chronic health anxiety - I saw an article in a newspaper & i could identify with doing the same/similar & now fear it could lead to the big C ...I cannot being myself to even say what it was - but my thoughts wont seem to let go & i cant see a way forward...I have just ( 2 weeks ago) switched from Citalopram to Venaflaxene & i feel paralysed by the fears - they dont seem to be getting any easier
