Sudden Nose Pain

Hi all, haven't been here for a while. However, I've started having a sudden onset of pain in my nose for like 10 seconds, and sometimes my vision will go all pixelated and black out until the pain stops. I'm also waking up most days with a runny nose and a sore throat. Any ideas?

was the pain on one side of your nose or both sides? Have you seen a doctor? Do you still have that issue now?
