Arm pain?

My right arm has been aching for a few days now, not badly and mostly in my upper arm. I have been carrying a heavy bag so I don't know if that caused it, however recently I've been worried about skin cancer and the mole I'm worried about most is on my upper right arm. Does anyone think there could be a link? The mole has almost blurred, lighter edges but I don't think it has changed. I've also been feeling quite hot, not a proper temperature but hotter.

I don't think there would be a link. I don't know very much about cancerous moles, but I don't think if you had one, it would cause your whole arm to ache. The muscles in your arm are probably stressed and fatigued from carrying the weight. The mole is most likely nothing, but you should get it checked anyways.
