Does anyone suffer from SAD? As in actually diagnosed with it? Or does anyone have any knowledge of it? Obviously with me having anxiety I google a lot but I also study science (degree level) and I enjoy trying to find the root of a problem. Aswell as the reasoning behind it (probably the anxiety :blush:
I believe since I was 18 (now 25) that I could possibly have suffered from Reverse SAD aka seasonal depression. All the symptoms I have had lately seem to be symptoms of this. I tried to ask the doctor and she just shot me down with 'it's your anxiety' which is could be. But I find it funny how every summer I seem to feel super anxious and depressed. However the rest of the year I feel happy? Just curious if anyone has any experience.
