Does anyone seem to go through different phases of anxiety?

For the last couple months i've been generally fine , not as much of the physical symptoms of anxiety anymore my thoughts are clearer but every now and then i get a little nervous feeling in my stomach and some negative thoughts but it doesnt turn into the same kind of anxiety i had months back

Have done in the past, for sure.

Just recently my anxiety has reduced significantly, despite some serious life issues.

I can generally correlate my anxiety levels to the quality of sleep I have.

Absolutely. At my very worst, it felt as if I was on my death bed. My stages usually go as follows:
1. Headaches.
2. Stomach pains.
3. Frequent urinating.
4. Trouble speaking/getting words out.
5. Tingling fingers and limbs.
6. Gut and digestion begin to stop working properly (food not digesting, no appetite and always feeling full.
7. Feeling very light-headed and faint.
8. Full blown panic attack.
