Hi everyone, been doing OK for some time but now I am feeling frightened and help less again. I am currently taking care of two of my kids as my wife is away for adhd therapy with my eldest son. My younger son woke up this morning with a forehead ache, went to doc and he has sinusitis. Just now my 3yr old daughter said that her head was hurting and she vomited twice. I am distraught thinking she has something serious due to her complaining of a headache before vomiting. Her head now isn't hurting anymore. I am also passing through a time fearing a heart attack.
Can someone with kids tell me if what my daughter felt is normal? She is now sleeping.
