Please help, I can not stop obsessing about various natural disasters, especially earthquakes. I am very well informed about them and I have read much about staying safe during an earthquake, But this fear is just so overwhelming.
The worst thing is that no one can really predict them or prevent them.
I even have trouble sleeping and I imagine various worst case scenarios.
IDk what to do, please help :weep:

I live in Southern Europe.

And the last one was like 2-3 days ago. :weep: They happen quite often here...
