I'm not sure if this is anxiety or what it is but recently I've noticed that my breathing feels weird in a way it feels cold?
If I breath through my nose the air I breath feels cold and same when I breath in my mouth sometimes my mouth and back of mouth will feel cold sensation
But because this is a weird new feeling my body seems to be focusing on it and I have had 2 panic or anxiety type attacks because of it over the last 2 days
I'm wondering if anyone else has had this and or what it is that's causing this weird feeling
