How do you make decisions with anxiety? I can't :(

Hey,

I'm overthinking every thing at the minute and it's getting me down for example atm it's a car for my next car as daft as it sounds. Car people will know if there's any here :) fwd vs rwd I just can't decide on one at all and this on it's own is getting me down :(.

How do you make tough decisions with anxiety? it seems so hard and my head feels cloudy.

I also overthink a load of other things aswell I can never make a decision on anything.

Well what are you looking to get out of it ?

I've owned rear and forward wheel drive cars.

I find it's best to make a decision and go with it. Most important thing is you keep moving forward.

Idk I'm just worried about making the wrong decision but idk why because I could probably just sell it later on.
