Sounds a challenge I know. It's just a thought at the moment. Being single and suffering from social anxiety and agoraphobia, I hardly see anyone. Being with my family is challenging because I can't talk about the way I feel with them if I'm anxious, being with other people in the same boat may be good.

I am in the part of the country where Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire meet.

Any thoughts?

I don't know if you are anywhere near Epsom, but I have been to a fairly recently opened place called Safe Haven Epsom.
It can be very helpful going there and I have been a few times .
Will be going there again on Thursday and Friday evening probably .
Also Safe Haven in other places in the area if you do a google search. :welcome:
