Hi there!
I suffer from GAD. This is my first day here. I am sad most of the time, but not depressed, am anxious about everything I cannot control. I have panic attacks often. I might be losing my sanity. I hope to find some help here. I've read some very interesting posts already in the forums. Thank you for reading this.
