Got the flu agian.

So i have the flu agian in a month. This isnt normal. I have been under intense stress in life the last month. Insomnia etc. Can this lower the immune system. Im getting a blood test next week. really scared.

Sorry you still have the flu, one of my sister's live in Sydney and she has had it for 8 weeks(so she said)and she had the flu vaccine.She is having a course of B 12 over a month,because she has been sick she hasn't been eating well her immune system is outa whack.Hope you feel better soon.
