Anixety miserable

Hey Everyone,

I have been extremely anxious lately its awful my lips and tongue fell numb randomly through the day. I notice that I have sudden spasm through my body where it will move on its own. Have any of you ever experienced this it really is frightening I went and saw my doctor they examined me ran blood tests and told me I should see a Psychiatrist.
