Physical symptoms

Hi all,
I'm getting pain in my jaw chest an headaches are these common signs of anxiety or should I be worried?
I'm sick to death of these symptoms I'm petrified that I'm just going to have heart attack any second, iv had enough can't cope with this any longer! Please help any advice would be great :shrug:

I have chest tightness pretty regularly I think headaches are pretty common too my mouth bothers me sometimes chewing gum seems to help I find that I don't think about my mouth symptoms if I have gum or a mint in my mouth.
