I never really thought about peeing before it was just something I did. Then I read a tweet on Twitter about someone who holds his breath everytime he pees and has been for 37 years. now when I go pee everytime I get tons of anxiety. How do I stop this? I usually don't hold my breath but my face gets red even though I'm breathing I think it because I get anxious now. How can I just forget about this and start peeing normally again? This is really bothering me. What should i do? I feel embarrassed posting this but I don't know who I can tell..

Hi Firewood,

Looking at your previous posts over the last couple of weeks you've been scared because you hit yourself slightly on the knee, "inhaled" some nutella, "inhaled" some beer, worried about toasting waffles, as well as a couple different issues around peeing... If we take these posts on face value as genuine concerns (and apologies, but the waffles one did read like a p*ss-take post to me) you probably should see a doctor, report honestly about how you're worrying about these things, and talk about how you can manage these thoughts.
