Headaches after drinking water

I just got a headache I took a big gulp of water and it hurt my throat and then it rushed to my head. This is the third time this happens first two times it happened after waking up and I took a few sips of water. What are things that can cause this??

There is one type of headache that can be triggered by irritation of the throat by cold water or ice cream.

Pretty normal if you drink a lot of water very fast. Why? I dont know. But not dangerous thats for sure.

Not much to be honest I drink more soda and coffee.
