I have anxiety about everything, have been getting a spot on the soft pallet roof of my mouth for months now, it comes and goes , I thought it would just go,sometimes if I eat something , it feels as if there is so thing sore ,food like sardines in tomatoe sauce.and it feels sore.i am worried in case it's something serious. I have had a lot of worry lately and have been comfort eating , because I have this health anxiety as well as anxiety and depression, I don't think I would be able to cope with a dentist saying there's something wrong , under the circumstances if you know what I mean. Any kind words will help or advice. Thanks.
