Scared about headaches

Ive had headache for over month started at back of head now pressure feeling between eyes and forehead . Ive been Dr Googling and read some scare stories about headaches that never ever go away and Im panicking ! Has anyone else has something similar that eventually goes away ?

Yea constant headaches constant thick heads constant floaters constant hissing in my ears just the pits really sick and fed up of not living my life the way I want to and so sick of anxiety not a good day for me as you can see but then most of my days are not good

yes was told its tension headaches

Try stress reducing techniques, exercise, mindfulness etc. Don't look at horror stories on Google :)
