Scared of feeling this way, but also scared of getting help

Hello all,

I have been suffering from anxiety and depression my whole life constantly on and off meds and therapy.

I am trying to get help after about a year of spiraling downward with my health anxiety.

Currently, I just completed an intake at a mental hospital for an intensive outpatient program that combines group therapy and weekly meetings with a psychiatrist.

I am very nervous about seeing a doctor and getting back on meds but I know it is necessary. Trying to hope for the best!

And I have, there are a lot of good articles.

It is relief to know that I am not alone. I have been starting to feel as thought I am going really crazy. I have been dealing a lot with depersonalization (sp?), and now I know that it is not just me!
