Another blip

Hi all. Think I'm going through a blip at the moment the past few days I've felt quite down and just not myself I've had a big fallout with my sister and can't stop thinking about it, I'm still on 10mg cit and 10mg propanol also time of the month hoping it passes in a few days. Just hope I'm not slipping back as I was doing so well it's really disheartening when u feel ur going back. The thoughts bothering me again the most tension in my neck and dry mouth. Also morning anxiety but only until I get out of bed trying to keep my chin up xx

I'm scared as I don't wanna get back to how I was a few months ago thought I was doing really well I hope u are ok gonna give it another week and if I feel the same I'll go back to the doctors xx

What about going up to the therapeutic dose of 20mg Becky?
