sinus trouble after flight

I came off a flight today and after it I had a lot of pain around my sinuses and jaw area, when I went to bathroom to blow my nose it felt like it popped and blood came out , and continued on for about 5 minutes is this normal??

yeah the changes in air pressure can wreak havoc in your sinuses and ears etc.

I once had hearing like I was under water for weeks after a flight. it harmlessly cleared up

I agree with Skymaid air pressure from flying can be hard on ears nose and throat.
