Blood in flem

Hi this morning I had a little cough and flem came up with blood in it as anyone else had this I also have a bad stomach which maybe that's something to do with it? I'm really scared it's something sinister?

I'm no expert but a little bit of blood in your phlegm shouldn't be too much of a cause for concern if its red. If it's black or dark blood though then see your doc. The blood could be from your throat if it's sore x
