Hi All,

Thought I'd introduce myself. I'm Sophie & I'm 28 with a health anxiety. Lead a very happy and lucky life.. just so scared it's going to be taken from me. Suffering quite badly atm after a scare at the beginning of this year. Had what I like to call an episode that lasted around 4 months earlier this year.. and after I thought I'd beaten it, it's come back with symptoms I'm looking too much into again.

Thanks for listening/reading anyway. Good to know there's a few of us out there.
