Worried about my head

Don't know what this is but my anxiey has been really bad for a few months trying so hard to push past it but so hard a have this symptom a have never had before and it's very scary. Hard to explain so I'll try it starts in the moring when a get up am walking fine but in my head am not my head goes round like its racing and a feel a can't walk straight even though a am my head goes round and round a try to go outside and it gets worse like my head is going a million times round once my tablet kicks in am fine. My fear is getting dizzy and falling and am not dizzy as nothing what a see is moving around just my head and it's scaring the life out of me. Also get it at night when a go to sleep. Is this just anxiey or more

I had this years ago but it was when my head hit the pillow that things started to feellike my brain was spinning in my skull the room was still it was really strange had it for ages then went not had it since just other things lots of them.
