Dizziness and Adrenaline

Hi All,

Just wondered if anyone here could relate.

Although my Anxiety is a lot more under control there are a few symptoms that are hanging around.

I keep getting very strange sensations, I can be sat at my desk or on the sofa and i get this sudden dizzy sensation in my head that is accompanied by ringing in my ears and a warm tingly sensation that goes into my torso and arms.

Its gone within a few seconds and there is no residual dizziness etc.

Has anyone ever experienced anything similar?

All the time!!! I've been told it's anxiety and had brain scan, bloods etc etc.

Don't worry it's very unsettling but not dangerous!

I struggle with dizziness, weakness and fatigue all day everyday at the moment.

Yeah its weird, its the thing that started this whole health anxiety thing. I had one every week for a month or 2 and then they went away and now I've had 2 in 3 days and I'm freaked out again. Also got a lot of twitching and shaking now.

Do you struggle with constant sleepiness and headaches?

I've had MRI's and blood tests too and I'm right as rain according to my docs.

I'm at the end of my tether with it all now.

Yes, get this a lot lately. I too thought my anxiety was under control but then something pops up to start you off again. Tends to happen first thing in the morning mostly. Had it after walking up the stairs once so thought it must be my heart. Other times, it's more like a faint feeling. Try not to think of it as much as I can.
