Coin sized spot of buzzing on skin

Aside from my leg twitching, cramping and going numb at times, it started having a coin sized spot of constant buzzing (almost like a small electrical current) - after (it lasts up to an hour) the area feels slightly burnt.

Has any ever had this?

I am going absolutely bananas, my EMG is tomorrow.

Yes, I had it for quite a while the other day in my groin. It's the oddest of sensations but it did eventually go away.
