Since young i have been having chest pains once in a while which can be once a week to once a month.it usually isnt serious pains it will usually go off when i club the spot like massage it is like having a 'heart cramp'also sometimed when im reading or talking about hearths i tend to feel uneasy in my heart/chest .i think i might have heart anxiety/worries
