Hello guys, I can't sleep so it's quite late/early

I am 26 and female.

After the events of today I have accepted it's time to finally get some help. I have booked an appointment with my doctor tomorrow and am determined to make them take me seriously. I also took the plunge and registered after months/years of lurking around the forum.

So here it is - my first post + hopefully the start to the end.
