Hi everyone,
I just found your site through a travel blog about traveling with anxiety and thought it would be a good place for me to look around. Sounds like there are many people just like me so it's nice to not feel lonely. I absolutely LOVE to travel but I suffer from travel anxiety. While I have been working with a therapist on it (among other things) for the past few years, the anxiety still rears its ugly head (as it is right now) when I am actually away. Looking forward to reading others stories and getting some tips/support from around the globe!
