Any body get this?

As I wake, I feel a "twitch" in my chest and eyes at the same time. It feels like my eyes jump in their sockets. Sometimes it is the same feeling but worse, it feels like your whole insides are twisting from side to side, and my eyes are shaking. It's not painful in any way, just very weird.:shrug:

I'm pretty sure that it is the nervous system having a field day. I've had similar symptoms, not necessarily when I woke up though.

Absolutley my freind. My body twitches so much i feel like a breakdancer lol. Its all harmless just the nervous system playing up
