Hi everyone, I am new to this forum and I have never posted in anything like this before. I have a wonderful relationship with my husband but lately when he plans to go on a trip to see his family, I go into a full panic attack. It has been a couple days of panic and anxiety and I feel so weak and shameful. I went to a therapist for the first time in my life today and I hope it helps. My husband has postponed his trip for now but I feel so awful for causing this. Does anyone have a cure? Does this happen to you? I can't eat anything and I'm so nervous just thinking about his future trip.
