had abreak through today went out my house started walking round & did not stop stayed out for 20 minetes before having to go home felt great it another big step for me i could not have done it with out your help thankyou ;)[Yes!]

just walked with my dog round the streets people were shocked to see me arter so long bit scary but felt great after going again tomorrow
