Pain at night - does It always mean cancer?

So I work in a health institute ( not good for H.A) and had a major panic attack after a seminar on night pain being a major diagnostic tool for bone Metz..
I wake up with arm and leg pain in the middle of the night and now am paranoid it's cancer. Does anyone else get pain at night?

What?? Where the hell did they come up with that one lol. If that were the case, how many who have aches and pains at night would have cancer? Random pain does not equal cancer.
