So i've been off my citalopram for 2 weeks now, after tapering down from 20/10 then to nothing over a few months. but today i've been feeling my heartbeat something fierce and i feel i'm on the edge of panicking even though i'm completely relaxed and have nothing going on in my life that could cause it.
Do you think it could be a slight withdrawal symptom from not being on Citalopram again? I really really don't want to take it again after i just got off it :(
